State Border Guard Service honors Bishop Mykhailo Bubniy

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine awarded His Grace Bishop Mykhailo Bubniy, Exarch of Odesa, with an honorary award of the Southern Regional Department of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The award was given for outstanding assistance in developing chaplaincy in the Odesa region and a significant contribution to humanitarian activities.
The badge was presented to Bishop Mykhailo by the head of the chaplaincy service of the Southern Directorate of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine during a meeting in Odesa at the Cathedral of St. Andrew the First-Called.
