Parish in Lviv announces collection of donations for victims of Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion

The parish of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Lviv’s Sykhiv district collects aid for the victims of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant explosion.

One of the largest parishes in Lviv is collecting food and hygiene products.

Food: cereals, noodles, canned food (fish and meat) but no glass jars, cookies, coffee, tea.

Hygiene products: soap, shampoo, toothpaste and brushes.

The items can be brought to the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos on Sunday and Monday from 6:30 AM to 8 PM in the sacristy.

Moreover, on Sunday, June 11, a parish charity collection will be held. The funds raised will be used to purchase essential items on Monday.
