Bishop Vasyl Tuchapets takes part in the presentation of a book about the war in Ukraine
On October 2, Italian writer Raphael Louis gave a presentation of the book “Ukraine in the War that Changes the World” at the Kharkiv Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Roman Catholic Church.
The presentation was attended by Bishop Vasyl, Exarch of Kharkiv, Bishop Pavlo of the Diocese of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia of the RCC, and Archbishop Mytrofan of Kharkiv and Slobozhan of the OCU.
During the presentation, the author of the book shared his experience of living in Ukraine during the first months of the full-scale invasion, particularly in the Kharkiv region and other hotspots along the front line. The texts and photos in the book show the real face of the war in Ukraine.
The event participants joined the topic discussion, as Nikita Sterin, Director of the Department for Work with Public Organizations of the Kharkiv City Council, and Ukrainian military personnel were among the attendees.
