UGCC Launches Webpage for Jubilee 2025
The Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church has launched a dedicated webpage to mark the Jubilee Year 2025, which will be celebrated in the Catholic Church from December 24, 2024, to January 6, 2026.
The website, accessible at ugcc.ua/iubilaeum2025, already features initial materials dedicated to this significant spiritual event and will be updated regularly.
The webpage offers historical and theological resources on the origins of the jubilee tradition, as well as prayer texts to be used in the UGCC during the celebrations. Additionally, it includes a schedule of planned events, along with the official logo and icon that will represent the 2025 Jubilee in the UGCC.
This initiative is a result of collaboration between the UGCC Department for Information, the Theological Department of the Patriarchal Curia, and the Jubilee Year Organizing Committee. The website aims to serve as a valuable resource for those interested in understanding the significance of the Jubilee Year for Catholics and learning about the events planned for this special time.
