20 Families of Military Personnel Begin Rehabilitation Course Organized by the UGCC
The first rehabilitation trip for families of military personnel who are veterans of the Russian-Ukrainian war began on May 20.

The press service of the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” (“Wise Cause”) shared the news.
Sixteen families of veterans from across Ukraine arrived in the Lviv region for a spiritual and psychological rehabilitation course.
For 10 days, the servicemen, their wives, and children will work to overcome fear, find a path to a more spiritually fulfilling life, improve relationships within their families, regain strength and motivation, learn new things, and receive support from specialists in the presence of their loved ones and others in similar situations.
To help them through this process, they will be working with spiritual mentor Father Vasyl Kinakh, psychotherapists Natalia Chorna and Tetiana Kril, and children’s animators.
According to the organizers, what makes this trip stand out is the large number of children, including three under the age of one. The youngest participant is just three months old.
This family rehabilitation program is now in its second year. It is a joint initiative of the Patriarchal Foundation “Mudra Sprava” and the Patriarchal Pilgrimage Center of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. The project is financially supported by Kindermissionswerk, an international Catholic charity organization based in Germany.
