The Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ Invites Kyiv Residents to a Space of Warmth, Light, and Coworking
Amid blackouts and energy shortages, the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Kyiv has opened its doors to Kyiv residents and visitors, offering them a place of support, warmth, and comfort.
This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv Archeparchy.
In the Soborova Svitlytsia, (“Cathedral Chamber”), which operates in the shelter of the church, any visitor can warm up, use electricity, work, or study in a quiet and safe atmosphere. The space was created as a place for human interaction and mutual support, especially during times of energy shortages.
Soborova Svitlytsia is located at the Patriarchal Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church at 5 Mykilsko-Slobidska Street, Kyiv (Livoberezhna metro station).
The schedule of the space may change depending on the situation. Tentative schedule:
- Monday through Friday — 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
- Saturday and Sunday — 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The Patriarchal Cathedral invites everyone who needs warmth, light, or a place to focus on their work to use the open space.
