The Head of the Military Chaplaincy Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Colonel Oleksiy Tereshchuk, and the Chief Specialist of the Department of Military Chaplains Training and Interaction with Religious Organizations of the Military Chaplaincy Service, Fr Rostyslav Vysochan, on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valerii Zaluzhnyi, congratulated the Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, His Beatitude Sviatoslav, on his birthday.
