Ordinary Tribunal of the Supreme Archbishop

Description

The Tribunal of the UGCC is the Ordinary Tribunal of the Major- Archbishop of the UGCC, formed in accordance with the requirements of can. 1063 §1 CCEO. The Ordinary Tribunal of the Supreme Archbishop of the UGCC was established on July 12, 1993 on the basis of the Decree of His Beatitude Myroslav Ivan Lubachivsky and approved by the Decree of His Beatitude Lubomyr Husar of February 17, 2005. The jurisdiction and competence of the UGCC Tribunal are regulated by the CCEO and the Particular Law of the UGCC. The Tribunal of the UGCC is a part of the Curia of the Major- Archbishop of the UGCC (can. 114 §1); all its members are directly subordinate to the Major- Archbishop.
